When you want to change/manage services for Exchange Server 2013 or above through the Exchange Admin Center, you found the checkboxes options are greyed out and can’t be changed.
This is happening because the Exchange server will not allow you to un-assign or remove the SSL Certificate from services. To resolve this issue, you should enable another SSL Certificate for those services. This also will disable the existing services from the current SSL certificate.
