Basically, the issue is happening while the login system can’t load file under the folder
C:\Users\Default\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Exchange Server\v15\ due to file permission.

Below the steps to resolve the issue:

Go to Folder
C:\Users\Default\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Exchange Server\v15\

Select the *.sqm files on the folder and enable the inheritance in the security options. Do this for all .sqm file on the folder above.

Security Right Exchange Profile

After that, Try to login to the Exchange Server again.

I hope the steps above can help you resolve the “User Profile Cannot Be Loaded” issue on the Exchange Server. If you like this article, don’t forget to follow our Facebook Page or Twitter. Thank you.
